Girder shuttering is manufactured with composite plastics. It is properly designed for preventing sagging under heavy concrete load. It is normally manufactured in a width of 1.22 m. These sections can be easily assembled or disassembled. We have supplied this material to manufacture girders to a length of 30–32 m satisfactorily. This materials gives long life and good surface finish to all the repetitions.
This is user friendly system. In one project, construction team shifted this periodically to cast few girders at a time and shift them to nearby places. This helped to prevent larger movement of heavy concrete girders against easy 1.22 m long joti composite plastics shuttering.
